Dr. Taylor specifically asked how I was doing, during these holidays, without my mom. She was my mother's doctor too but she passed last January. This was my first visit with Dr. Taylor since we lost her. I felt truly cared for when she asked how I was doing.

At a time when physicians are overworked, offices are understaffed, Dr. Taylor and her office remain wonderful, attentive to their patients as she has always been and I attributed my health and well-being with diabetes being successful because of her constant input, care and expertise. Dr Taylor is the best caring provider I have ever seen

Dr. Taylor is great and I really don't have any complaints. I'm very socially awkward so I find it difficult to talk to doctors in general, but I'm as comfortable with Dr. Taylor as I can be. And the nurses are always so kind and friendly, it really is a great office. Sometimes over the phone it can be kind of cold, but I know whoever is on the other end has dozens if not hundreds of phone calls to make so they have their own script that can come off as robotic, not their fault. Dr. Taylor isn't afraid to prescribe you what you need and I appreciate that she seems to have a respect for her patients' competence, and she's eager to collaborate with other providers like if you need a referral or a letter. The phlebotomists down in the lab are great too, I've only ever had one puncture my vein too far but that was in my "bad vein arm" so I'm not surprised. I appreciate how punctual all of the staff are as well, it's not like other offices where you have to wait a while after intake for the doctor to finish with another appointment. That does mean that sometimes your appointment can feel kind of rushed, but I personally think it's better that everyone get in and out on time so that you can get an appointment even with a busy schedule, knowing that you'll get out at a reliable time. It's probably also easier for people who don't have a problem talking to doctors or filling dead air. Overall the staff are very welcoming and intelligent and the office itself is excellent for people who have doctor- or hospital-related fears.

Sue is a very good doctor. She listens. She gets into your personality, so she understands your home life and what's going on that can affect your blood levels or different things that's going on in your life, which I appreciate. She's always been very respectful and has always helped me out.

Sue Taylor is the best endocrinologist. She has seen my sister. I am my sister's guardian. She has seen my sister for over like [redacted] years. She's amazing. And I have my sister travel an hour to still see her, for her to be in control of [redacted]'s care.

Dr Taylor has worked with me and my condition for many years. I trust her completely and think she does a wonderful job.
