I have really appreciated being a patient of Dr. Kleins and value his expertise. However, I've noticed a recurring concern during my appointments. He often speaks quickly and doesn't always take the time to listen to where I'm coming from or why I'm asking certain questions. At times, I've felt cut off or that my concerns were minimized. As a woman approaching menopause, I had hoped for more understanding and dialogue around my questions, but instead felt somewhat dismissed-as though my concerns weren't being taken seriously. I'm sharing this because I believe open communication is an important part of quality care.

Extremely pleased overall with my visit. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

I asked for flu, COVID and pneumonia vaccine to be administered during the visit. That was a mistake. I had previously had the flu and COVID vaccines at the same time with few ill effects. Adding the pneumonia vaccine made the reaction much stronger. I felt uncomfortable after four hours. I had to reduce my work hours the day of my visit and the following day. The injection site pain in the shoulder I had the single pneumonia vaccine was the sorest. Not painful but very tender. Next year I take the pneumonia vaccine at CVS.

The appointment started on time. Dr Klein and his team are always respectful, knowledgeable, professional and listen.

Dr. Klein was very well prepared and had read all the materials I had sent ahead of time. He was very easy to talk to and he listened well. We covered a lot of topics in a short time. Although I understand the logic of not ordering PSA tests and the unpredictability of the results I am concerned that there is no prostate test or exam being done. My concern is partly because I believe my father had prostate cancer (but he did not die from it!).

Brigham's is a top hospital yet they remain fortunate to have the likes of Dr. Klein. Likewise for his staff.
