Dr Wu is very knowledgeable and appreciative of the work I've done to learn about Kidney Dusease. He followed up the next day with a phone call regarding my labs and how I could fix the problem.

Dr. Wu is an exceptional physician. He was a good listener, educated me about kidney disease, clearly explained the stages of the disease, and was very effective in keeping me hopeful and staying as healthy as possible. He ordered additional blood tests related to kidney disease as well as a urine analysis, the results of which were posted on my Gateway site. Dr. Wu also left a phone message as well as a written message on the Gateway site and has ordered additional testing to see if the problem areas have improved by adjusting my diet. I would and will highly recommend Dr. Wu for anyone requiring a nephrologist. He is an outstanding doctor and a great human being!!

Being my first introduction it was very good. Dr. Wu, made a special way of explaining just what my Kidney was and the way it protect the kidney. He decided that one of my medicines was very strenuous on my ailing kidney. Dr. Wu was sending a note to my primary to make a change to another medicine that is not so hard on the kidney,[redacted] Very thankful for his knowledge and assistance.

Dr Wu was very kind and respectful of my learning delays He explained everything very clearly So glad to be able to have virtual visit with family present. He went over care plan and ordered labs to be completed in 6 months

Dr. Wu exceptionally explained everything to me. He even called me when I sent a question to him.

Dr. Wu didn't really seem to know my history. And when he came into the room to speak with me, his back was to me and he was facing the computer trying to read my history, not looking at me, not engaging with me. And I was verbally telling him my history as well. And he was sort of half listening and he was just very disconnected and it was somewhat awkward. [redacted] it was just not a comfortable environment for me, um, to understand what was happening and why, and it was, it was challenging.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Wu. I really think he's a good doctor and I really like him.
