Dr. Chen and his team have provided me with excellent care for many years of being treated for a rare and difficult genetic skin disorder. He has always been on top of the most recent treatments and I have been blessed that he has been a part of my medical team during very difficult times dealing with this disorder. Dr. Chen is only at M V Hospital one day a month. He is excellent and we need him here more often.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Dr. Chen. He goes out of his way to make sure that he listens to everything I say, no matter what the time or how late he's rushing, or how late he's behind. He always apologizes and always is willing to sit there and make sure that we go over all of my concerns, all my questions, and then he follows through with detailed answers and explanations about what my options are for taking care of whatever is wrong with my dermatology. I appreciate him being there when he is. I know he's a very busy man, but he always goes out of his way and I couldn't be any happier with him.

Dr. Chen is great. He clearly knows what he's doing, he listens carefully, he explains things well, he's very patient, and he's a nice guy who is fun to chat with. In general, I see him twice a year. I wish this wasn't necessary, but it is. That said, I look forward to seeing him and I enjoy our visits.

Although I'm always nervous about the exam before hand, I am made to feel at ease, and all concerns are addressed in a calming way while covering issues on both sides.
