He was extremely attentive to all we had to say, was familiar with my medical history, and asked relevant questions that expanded his understanding of my situation. We discussed next steps and planned to meet again after tests that are scheduled in the coming week. We were very encouraged by this experience.

The provider was excellent. And I have no complaint whatever about him. Thank you very much.

Lab work was ordered, but when I was waiting at the lab, I was told they did not see any orders in the system for me. They tried calling the doctor to ask him to about the lab order, but they said no one answered the phone. I was told to go back up to the 8th floor and speak with the doctor. My wife went up to the 8th floor and the receptionist checked the computer. She said she has seen this happen before where the lab order cannot be read by the lab. She said she would ask the doctor to put the order in again, but in a different way. My wife waited and when the receptionist returned, she told my wife the doctor said he would put the order in again in five minutes. After waiting over fifteen minutes, my wife asked the receptionist to check the computer. The order was still not in. My wife continued to wait. The doctor came out into the waiting room to get his next patient. When he turned to lead the patient back to his office my wife said his name and he looked at her and said, "I just put the order in." My wife waited until the doctor left the waiting area and she asked the receptionist to check the system. After several minutes and attempts to check, the system finally showed the order was at the lab. My wife came back down to the second floor and told me the order was now in the system. Shortly after my wife came down, they called me to have the lab work done. We were in the lab for over an hour. A friend had given us a ride to this appointment and she was waiting for us to give us a ride home. There is something wrong with the system if lab orders are not able to be read by the lab! This was a major inconvenience for not only us, but also for our friend who now had to drive us home during a much busier time for traffic.

Dr. Arnold was everything I could ask for in a doctor: knowledgeable, smart, well-informed thorough, compassionate, and kind. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.
