I always have a good experience with Dr. Ostrowski and his staff. They listen to and address all my concerns. Having been through quite a lot (3 Mohs surgeries due to basal cell carcinomas), it is important for me to have a dermatologist that I can trust.

I arrived early for my appointment early and was seen right away.

Normally the doctor exam is quite thorough but this exam didn't seem as thorough, for example he didn't check my ears, neck, chest. It seemed like a very cursory exam.

Dr Ostrowski has been my dermatologist for many years and he's always respectful, friendly and professional and listens to my concerns.

He listened, he spoke in my language, which is very simple, and he was very helpful when after the exam was over, I thought I saw another spot, and his nurse had him come back to take a look. And so it was above and beyond the power of both the provider and the chief.

Hi, the doctor was very patient with all of my questions. He gave me a referral to another physician for what his practice did not provide, and he explained what to expect going forward from the procedure that he gave. I was extremely nervous going in, as I anticipated, worse diagnosis than what I got and he was just fantastic from beginning to end. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ostrowski listened to my concerns and was very personable and friendly, explained everything to me and what everything was that he was looking at on my skin and what was to be monitored or to be concerned about things that are completely harmless and explained the freezing process of some different growths on my arms and my face and explained everything very well, was very nice and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand.
