Hi, she was appearing to be very competent, very articulate, given to know her stuff. I know she's in a rush. I'm guessing she has to move quickly. And I think she was thorough as she could given, I think, the time constraint that she was under, I guess. I would love for her to get more closely with being a magnifying glass or a shield to look at some of the lesions on my body, particularly on my face. And she responded to questions that I had. Dr. S.L. Is the best doctor probably in her profession. She is genuine, someone who cares and you can trust. I believe she could easily head up the entire Dermatology department for hospital she is that remarkable of an employee. I was so glad to see she had a scribe this is needed across many departments! Doctor's typing notes and updating records as you meet with them makes experience seem rushed and stressful. Like a big clock is ticking and everyone has to hurry up! It doesn't feel like genuine patient care. I respect and value my doctor's time and knowledge.

I think Dr. Liu is an excellent physician. We meet annually for a skin check, but there's always time for questions and discussion. I'm impressed by her recall of various skin issues i've had -- some dating back to we first met 6 years ago.
