I'm terrible with names, but the nurse who gave me aftercare instructions and was there during the actual procedure, is AMAZING. She was there the last time I had to have weird spots shaved off and is always so kind and soothing, and friendly. It's clear she genuinely cares about people and wants to make sure they're comfortable. She is such a warm person and deserves praise.

The doctor seemed a little bit rushed. Maybe there wasn't quite enough time to do the biopsy procedure, since it hadn't been planned in advance.

My experience was on the most part good. She did everything that I guess a provider is supposed to do. Get an exam and talked and answered my questions. But when I was getting instructions, some of the things were unclear. And before I had a chance to really get the final answers I needed, she had moved on to another patient. [redacted]
