Hi, my name is [redacted]. I had Dr. Cho and she was fantastic. Very professional and patient and great listener and she cared. You know, she made me feel like she cared about what and wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door. So just a wonderful person and doctor.

Dr Cho listened as was very friendly and helpful with clear and easy to understand answers and suggestions.

Dr. Cho came into my treatment after two and a half years with Dr. [redacted] and stepped right in without missing a beat. Highly impressed with her and will continue care with her and hope everybody else that really needs help will take a look at her for their needs.

She is really easy to talk to. She listens. She responds relatively quickly when you send an email and I would most definitely recommend her to anyone I know. Now for the rest of Spaulding Mass General you guys should have her teach a class on bedside manner and how to respect the patient bedside manner Customer Service to help Mass General Spaulding is absolutely horrendous. She's like a diamond in the rough.

I get to the hospital and when I leave, when I get there, it's dark. When I leave, it's like I stepped into the light. So I can't ask for anything better than that.

She did ask questions and did a couple of tests, but it was discouraging because she mostly seemed uninterested in helping me solve what's been going on with me.

Dr Cho is very helpful and an integral member of the team.

Dr Cho listens carefully to what I am saying and experiencing. She is thoughtful and caring along with being extremely professional. She addresses every concern or issue I have , often with varied solutions. I feel very fortunate to be under her guidance and care.

Dr. Cho is an excellent physiatrist, very knowledgeable and shows genuine concern when discussing situation.

[redacted] We have only had appointments virtually, I was sick and changed this one but she is nice but seems detached and doesn't offer any suggestions when I ask if there's anything more I can do when I ask about symptoms. I might feel differently in person but it's a trek to get there [redacted]

Excellent provider, thoughtful, came up with suggestions that were practical, listened, and figured out ways to move forward. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Cho is exemplary - she listens and is 'tuned in' to what is being communicated; she asks questions and is supportive in seeking solutions. Very lucky to have Dr. Cho as a provider.

Yeah, so my visit with this provider was very positive. She was extremely knowledgeable in the area of rehabilitation for which she had been assigned to my case. She was extremely courteous, very on top of things, and took a lot of time to understand what I was trying to explain to her. She reviewed all the relevant information in my medical history and seemed to base her decision upon factors that I wasn't including in my narrative of the current issue, as well as upon factors that she was able to dig up from reviewing my medical history. My only concern was that there appeared to be things in my medical history that she was silently reading and did not mention, and that would have been helpful for her to bring that up if she had any concerns about what she was reading on my medical chart that was not discussed. I wish she had brought those up to me, but other than that, she was absolutely fantastic, and I had a very positive experience with her.

She is a very thorough doctor who knows her specialty. She applies what she knows to my situation with skill and kindness. I appreciate her abilities greatly. She's my favorite doctor

The machinery didn't work. No one in building could help fix it & she had to call out on phone for help... meanwhile I was freezing could while waiting for machine to work. Finally things started working fine. This problem wasn't hers. If I don't know if machine would work in future, I would not recommend this to anyone. The doctor/ assistant couldn't have been NICER!

Dr. Cho has consistently been an exceptional provider. She's always been more than willing to listen. She has great insight and provides a realistic range of options for the situations in common.

Dr.Cho made me feel listened to , heard and got me on a clear path and plan on the steps I needed to take to fix it. Will absolutely continue working with her .

The provider was very thorough. Asked a lot of questions and had me do some tests on walking ( balance) and other exercises

The only doctor that I actually enjoy going to visit, I look forward to going to Spalding when it's my turn to go. No place else of all my other doctors, the only one I look forward to seeing is, I'm being repetitive. Thank you.

I just wanted to say I forgot to ask if I could get a replacement on my leg splint and if maybe the provider could have just looked at the condition maybe like just like to go forward practice just like look at the condition of the whatever the people are the patient is utilizing at the time just to see because the top is like torn and broken it's not it's nobody's but I was gonna ask and I personally forgot to but maybe had the provider just maybe considered it I'm just to say like oh that looks a little worn out you know do you think you might want a replacement or you know does your insurance even cover it let me check for you something like that along those lines just so you know put it out there but I personally forgotten that's something I wanted to ask but aside from that there's no issues thank you

I think the doctor was good and explained everything to me. The nurses, everybody was nice. The receptionist, everything was nice. Thank you for your care for me when I was there. I'll see you soon. Thank you. Bye.

I was accustomed to having some cognitive testing done during my visits with Dr [redacted] I am going to ask Dr Cho on my next visit if she is going to do those tests. She and I just had a conversation, but no testing done.

Dr Cho is the best!

It was my first visit. She appeared to be knowledgeable, a good communicator and a good listener.
