I would like to highly commend my provider for her exceptional care. She was human, warm, and attentive to every detail during our interaction. Even though my case wasn't complex, she took the time to make important referrals, demonstrating her thoroughness and dedication. Furthermore, I am especially grateful for her flexibility; due to a scheduling error where my appointment was confirmed over the phone but not entered into the Gateway portal, she went out of her way to see me during what was likely a break in her schedule. Her professionalism and kindness turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience.

When I first called the practice to be assigned a care provider, I got Dr. Lee just by chance and she is fabulous in every way. I'm very grateful that I found her.

Dr. Lee is outstanding. She's responsive. She is exceedingly knowledgeable about my condition and also about her field. Sadly, I have the kind of problem that keeps cropping up in different forms. So I'm there relatively frequently and it's a little bit like whack-a-mole and she does a wonderful job with it, far better than any other provider I've ever dealt with. So I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and about the gratitude that I have to be with her.

Exceeded expectations from the time I met with Dr. Lee through all the follow up on my test results and the scheduling of my procedure. [redacted] on her team was incredibly helpful as well. I really could not have dreamed of a more flawless experience and am very much looking forward to getting sinus relief. The team fully understood the symptoms and illnesses I've been dealing with for the last 2 months and it's wonderful to finally have a path forward under Dr. Lee's care.

Yes, Dr. Stella Lee, she was extremely pleasant but thorough on her approach to my medical issues. She was very detail-oriented about the root cause of my medical problems and she always made me fully aware of all my options in dealing with my medical concerns. To me, she did not rush me at all. She's very concerned that I understood everything and I deeply respect Dr. Lee as a doctor and as a person. Dr Lee was respectful of me and listened to my concerns. She used my responses to change my treatment protocol to tailor them so it is not physically uncomfortable to perform. She also enrolled me in a research study which hopefully provide a treatment for my continued symptoms which are somewhat affecting my quality of life .

Dr Lee was exceptional.

Overall experience was fine. The feedback I have is to not rush the patient out of the room. I feel like she cut me off as I was talking to push me out. She said, come here, and then point me to check out and to make the follow-up appointment. A question like, "Do you have any questions for me?" would be helpful before tricking the patient to escort them out. It sort of felt rushed at the end. [redacted]

I have been undiagnosed for 2 years and Dr. Lee instantly diagnosised me with an uncommon illness that previous providers missed. She was empathetic and very detailed oriented about the illness, treatment options and personally talked to her colleague who will be researching iut for my next appointments. So happy to have been referred to her

Dr. Lee talks very fast and she had a mask on, which I understand. But it was difficult to understand everything she said to me and what I need to do. It was difficult to take notes with the speed of her language. She was great from a bedside manner!

She's very knowledgeable and treats people with respect and wants you to feel better.

I cannot even begin to say what an amazing experience I had with Dr. Lee. She spent so much time with me listening to my health history like no other Dr ever has. Her examination was so incredibly thorough and she explained everything she saw to us. We ended the appointment with a game plan as well as our follow up plans. I've never been so impressed but most importantly I finally feel as though I've found a Dr that knows what they are doing and knows how to help me get better. Dr. Lee is an asset to the hospital.
