Yes, Dr. Stella Lee, she was extremely pleasant but thorough on her approach to my medical issues. She was very detail-oriented about the root cause of my medical problems and she always made me fully aware of all my options in dealing with my medical concerns. To me, she did not rush me at all. She's very concerned that I understood everything and I deeply respect Dr. Lee as a doctor and as a person. I really appreciate that Mass General Brigham Women's have Dr. Lee as part of their medical team. Thank you.

Dr Lee was respectful of me and listened to my concerns. She used my responses to change my treatment protocol to tailor them so it is not physically uncomfortable to perform. She also enrolled me in a research study which hopefully provide a treatment for my continued symptoms which are somewhat affecting my quality of life .

Dr Lee was exceptional.

Overall experience was fine. The feedback I have is to not rush the patient out of the room. I feel like she cut me off as I was talking to push me out. She said, come here, and then point me to check out and to make the follow-up appointment. A question like, "Do you have any questions for me?" would be helpful before tricking the patient to escort them out. It sort of felt rushed at the end. [redacted]

I have been undiagnosed for 2 years and Dr. Lee instantly diagnosised me with an uncommon illness that previous providers missed. She was empathetic and very detailed oriented about the illness, treatment options and personally talked to her colleague who will be researching iut for my next appointments. So happy to have been referred to her

Dr. Lee talks very fast and she had a mask on, which I understand. But it was difficult to understand everything she said to me and what I need to do. It was difficult to take notes with the speed of her language. She was great from a bedside manner!

She's very knowledgeable and treats people with respect and wants you to feel better.

I cannot even begin to say what an amazing experience I had with Dr. Lee. She spent so much time with me listening to my health history like no other Dr ever has. Her examination was so incredibly thorough and she explained everything she saw to us. We ended the appointment with a game plan as well as our follow up plans. I've never been so impressed but most importantly I finally feel as though I've found a Dr that knows what they are doing and knows how to help me get better. Dr. Lee is an asset to the hospital. I've already referred her to a friend of mine with sinus issues.

She was incredibly helpful and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and even showed me what she was talking about when she used a mini camera to look through my nose so I could understand. She listened to everything I was telling her about my situation. I felt like she truly covered all the bases and wanted me to be in good hands.

Seen very promptly, adequate time, showed me the inside of my nose and ear. Wrote what appears to be the right Rx. What's there not to like?

She was actually my daughter's care provider and I went with my daughter on that day. And then my daughter had told her that I had kind of the same issues and so she was very interested. And she took it upon herself to talk to me about my issues that I was having and asked me if I would like her to see me. And of course I said yes because my daughter loves her. So during the visit, it was amazing. I had never seen the inside of my nose is what she took time with and explained a ton of stuff that my other ENT didn't. I was very, very impressed. And actually I had surgery this morning which I was also impressed with everybody there.
