Dr Gray has been instrumental in co-ordinating my care with two other Doctors and their teams. Surgery was necessary by all three at the same time. I've seen Dr. Gray many times and I've usually been very satisfied. This is the first time I had a less than stellar experience. I told her about my experiences messaging her office earlier this year, and she kept insisting what I was describing "wasn't the practice's policy" so she would have to "go back and look at the messages," as if I wasn't telling the truth. She was more dismissive than I remember and I felt a bit patronized. I was surprised.

I was at the visit via phone. My son was there with my ex-husband who was autistic and nonverbal and Dr. Gray was extremely professional and very good with him. I found her very informative. She explained stuff to us and what the next steps would be. I would highly recommend her. [redacted] she would be the highest rating for everything. [redacted] I found her very professional, knowledgeable, and she was wonderful with [redacted].

I found it a bit frustrating that the resident came in first, and I gave my symptom story to the resident, who then probably briefed the doctor. So the doctor came in thinking that she understood my case, period. Half of what patients need is to feel heard, and I didn't feel that she had heard me because she was basing it on the secondhand information from the resident. So in the future, getting that interview information directly from the patient will make the patient feel heard and start the relationship in a much more trusting place.

Dr Gray and the Sinus Center were very professional and efficient while providing a caring and comfortable environment. All my concerns were addressed through answers or physical examination.

The nurse sprayed my nose for numbness for my exam. Even though I have this exam yearly she explained everything very well. Dr. Was not present. She was very courteous and informative.

Dr. GRAY IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

Following Dr Gray instructions with using RX Budesonide for about 1 year and a half my sinuses are now normal. No longer have to rinse sinuses with Rx. Recommend that only use of over counter sinus rinse whenever the noise feels stuffy. I feel free! Distilled water bottles are heavy and a burden when I traveled.

Talk to the patient and spend more than 10 minutes (including a procedure) with the patient. Consider what the patient says re: past history of what has worked in the past to allieviate the problem.

Dr. Gray is definitely the very best. She has this very nice and kind attitude toward patients. It is obvious to me that she genuinely cares about patient's well-being. Six days before my surgery I got a couple of new questions regarding the upcoming procedure. So in the afternoon I wrote a note to Dr. Gray showing my questions, hoping to get a brief written answer or a quick call in the next few days. I did not expect at all a chance to chat with her face to face in such a short notice. But, to my surprise, Dr. Gray offered me a visiting-via-zoom for the very next morning. During the zoom session, she took time listening to my questions carefully; patiently explained many things in detail to me; addressed all my concerns and erased any doubt I had left. I am now still very thankful to her!
