I can not say enough about who wonderful and caring Dr. Imadojemu is. During my visit l experienced "lightheadedness" and was a little dizzy. She was so caring, provided me with juice and crackers. I intentionally sought this provider because she was a black woman and being a black person, I prefer having a dermatologist that will know what they're looking for. But what I didn't anticipate was how gentle she was with me in a way that I didn't even realize I really needed and for that I will be very grateful. Yeah.

I feel like the interactions are warm, given that the way that I have to be examined necessitates a certain kind of care and respect. And I always feel like I get this 100% of the time, the last four or five times that I've seen this doctor. So I highly recommend her. She's an amazing person, and I hope that I can continue to see her for years to come.

I'm switching almost all my doctors out of MGH to either BW or Auburn. Yes, I realize MGH and BW are merged. My experience at BW is almost always better. First time I've used this dermatology group. The doctor was fabulous, and the front desk people super friendly. It's easy to get to from the T. Plus, there's a 6 month wait list at MGH. I got an appointment in ONE WEEK!!!! Love everything about BW dermatology. Really like this doctor. She has a great bedside manner too. Cheery people.

Nurse did not update my pharmacy- she asked but then did not update so rx went to the wrong place. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying

My experience has always been very good with the provider. My problem is external. My medication is external use only. She does an excellent job determining which medication cream who be the best for my problem.

The resident was wonderful; I hope she stays with the practice.

It would have been nice had the provider sat down to talk with me about my condition. She stood the entire time as though in a rush. She was definitely informed, intelligent, and kind... and I am thrilled to have her on my care team. However, the feeling of being rushed was not appreciated. I will ask her to sit down next time, and to spend enough time with me, so as to feel more valued and heard.

The doctor was competent, understood the situation, gave us some history so that we understood why the situation was occurring. We walked away from this appointment feeling that we were heard, understood, and that we foresee a a probable solution. This is after having had an experience at a dermatologist office with a NP that went on for four weeks and ultimately the problem was not resolved.
