Dr. Sophie Wells is a very professional physician. She is very kind, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, respectful and open to communicating and listening to all the patients concerns & questions. She also provides feedback on any medicine, improvements or changes you may need with your health, but with you making the decision. We need more providers like this, like we had back in the day. Many practices now treat you like a # and it is awful.

This was my annual cardiology appointment and Dr Wells didn't listen to my heart, lungs or carotid arteries. I had to ask for an EKG for an upcoming procedure. I understand the importance of records on the computer but most of the appointment was from computer information and I felt like I didn't even have to be in the room because as I mentioned, I was never examined. I also felt that Dr. Wells was in an extreme rush!

During my first visit with this provider she seemed more engaged and informed about my medical history. Perhaps an "off" day but In this visit she appeared somewhat disinterested and less prepared.

Hi, I saw Dr. Sophie Wills for the first time. And having seen her for the first time at all, period, I don't know what to expect. She was agreeable, knowledgeable, very responsive. But as far as anything else beyond that, this is my first time meeting with her and dealing with her. and responding to her. So that's all I have to say.

Dr Wells is very professional and thorough. She took the time to see what interactions were listed to the cancer medicine I take and how they are affecting blood work levels. She was very clear in explaining the next steps for me and my healthcare.

Excellent in every facet of my medical care

I truly appreciated the time and care that Dr. Sophie Wells provided for me. She took the time to listen to both me and my wife, who was obviously very concerned about my heart condition. She was very thoughtful and exceptionally good at explaining things. She even took the time to draw a diagram of the chambers of the heart for me, because I was probably a bit puzzled and very thorough. Mostly I wanted to let you all know that she put me at ease, just because this was something that was making me very anxious. Her explanations around PBC and why and how they might happen put me at ease quite a bit. I'm also grateful for the tests that are being ordered. Overall, truly wonderful experience and very much appreciated.
