Dr. Solomon is a wonderful PCP and I am grateful that she is my doctor. I wish that some of the less important elements of my visit went more smoothly, including a long wait at the central phlebotomy registration because only 2 registration cubicles were open and 2 patients seemed to have complexity that needed to be addressed. I would have appreciated if one of the 4 registrationists had moved to another cubicle to register people (including me) who were waiting behind the 2 patients who required a lot of time. In addition, there was a very long back-up on Francis Street caused by cars trying to get into the main BWH entrance and causing gridlock. I would have appreciated if one of the security staff had helped manage the traffic flow.

I wish every person in the country could have this quality of care.
