This was just my first visit. I'll know more about Mass General in the future. In retrospect, I did not talk to a nurse.

Dr. Cohen could not have been any more amazing to meet with. This was my first time being in the hospital for anything. And of course, it's a little bit disconcerting when it's for something like melanoma. But she was totally informative, like drew a whole diagram, like explained every single step of like, if this happens, then we'll do this. If that happens, then we'll do that. So I left there with a lot of confidence. that I understood what the next steps were and what options were along the way. And she just really took her time and made sure that I understood things and asked a lot of questions to make sure that I was understanding and just was a very calming presence and just a really great experience with a doctor, which isn't always the case.
