It was the first time we had met. I felt I had the full attention of the doctor. She asked cogent questions, wanted details and at the end provided several alternatives in priority order. I felt confident about her understanding of my problem and the range of solutions she proposed.

She as well as all the staff were very kind and helpful. I have a 3.5 - 4.5 hour drive and I am usually feeling quite anxious by the time I get to the office so to have such kind staff is very welcoming and heartwarming never mind helpful and appreciated.

[redacted] I thought the appointment went well. It was informative, but I don't feel like I clicked directly with the provider. I feel as though there's some issues that I'm having, and I don't know if I was really heard. [redacted]

problem that doesn't seem to get solved. It seems to be complicated and we've been going round and round about it. Maybe it's not solvable.
