Dr. Kolli is not my primary care but I wish she wqs!! She remembered me from a visit long ago and chatted about a doctor whom we both know. She was so responsive to my needs.

Dr was not my primary care doctor but took me as my doctors schedule wasn't convenient to my schedule. Dr was excellent. I was very happy with her.

This provider spent not nearly enough time trying to find the "what" of my pain. A week after my injury and I'm still in the same amount of pain I was in and the advice given by this physician was a blanket statement of "ice and Advil" which I would've been better off getting from google which would have been a more efficient use of my time and energy. This physician made it very clear she was in a rush to move on from my visit and onto the next patient, I do not feel like my needs and pains were adequately addressed. She made no effort to figure out what was causing my pain and instead just did a 2 second long exam, told me to ice it, and left the room. [redacted]

She listens to every concern that you have and she does care.

She was on time. She listened carefully. She was pleasant and smiled. She made good eye contact. She did a good physical exam and explained the diagnosis she thought it was and what to do and how to follow up and she was very thorough.

The provider diagnosed me wrong so therefore had 5 days of wrong antibiotics. Didn't get better and had to return. To be told I didn't have an ear infection so that's why I didn't feel better. Seemed like a basic diagnosis that should be more accurate.

Dr. Kolli was great!

The doctor helped me understand what could be causing my problem. She had an X-ray and EKG done which really took the worry out of situation.

Always makes me feel better to see Dr. K., even if I'm not feeling 100 percent. Responsive and caring professional healer for our family.

I thought the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and nice and she gave me some information about my electrocardiogram, but it was kind of open-ended where I have to check with my primary care if my symptoms continued. But she was very nice and very thorough. Thank you very much.

Dr. Kolli was great, she diagnosed my infection and prescribed medication that would clear up the problem within 5 days. I plan to see her if I have any other concerns.

I wasn't impressed the way her demeanor came across. I asked for a doctor's note signed, and she said no, she doesn't sign them, and she refused. I think it's kind of sad. I needed that for work. I just got a note with just her name on it. I also felt that she just didn't respect anything that I had to say.

Dr Kolli addressed my concerns with clear and easy to understand language. This was all done in a friendly and empathetic fashion. Her assessment and explanation completely allayed any fears I had.

I did not feel at all welcomed by the receptionist, nor by the nurse who led me to the exam room.

She made me feel like I was wasting her time and my symptoms didn't warrant being there because she was an "urgent care doctor". She made that clear again in her last comment when I was leaving the exam room. I didn't request an urgent care doctor on call. In my request I requested my PA in the next few days because I know she is scheduled a couple days out. However the scheduling nurse felt my symptoms warranted a same day visit. Therefore I was surprised when I arrived that she talked down at me and wasn't interested in what I wanted to share regarding my history which I felt could have been helpful. [redacted]

[redacted] Doctor was rude she made sure I knew that that was an urgent care and it wasn't a PCP office never apologized for the wait. As a Partners employee having 20 years of service I am disgusted [redacted]

This is a physician dedicated to urgent care when the PCP is not available. This care model and the physician is an asset to the practice.

I don't think I saw a nurse. I think the lady who took my vitals signs was a medical technician, but I am.not sure. Dr. Kolli was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I would press a 10 for this person. [redacted] I think she's wonderful, tremendous, her nurses are excellent, and I love that hospital anyway. I would give her 21, 21, 21, five times even. So I really was very appreciated with what she said to me, because I've had her before anyway, as an emergency. But she's wonderful. I can't say enough about her.

I was very pleased to get a prompt appointment with a physician. Dr. Kolli came into the situation and gave me some good advice, set me up for some good testing, and ultimately prescribed me with some good medication that I think has helped my condition. I'm very happy with the fact that it could be done so promptly and by such a professional.
