My visit was WONDERFUL! I was there about 2 hours, did not ever feel rushed, especially about making an important decision about surgery. Dr. Topal was delightful, candid, and openly answered my questions. I happen to be an employee at CDH (Inpatient Mental Health Counselor) and it makes me proud to work at a place that also employs such a caring doctor at Dr. Topal and great support staff. I find myself feeling the same way time and again with staff throughout the CDH system.

Dr. Topal was really great. She listened to all my questions. She was reassuring. She was really fabulous. The only thing that concerns me is the amount of wait somebody has to wait in order to have surgeries that we want. But I understand she's really busy. It's still a little hard, tough to have to wait so long. That's my only, it's not even a complaint, it's just feedback. But when you're good, you're good. So you wait and get what you wait for. Anyway, I'm excited to be in her care. Thank you.

Both the doctor nurses and clerks were incredibly helpful. Patient and understanding. I was confused and needed a lot of explaining and Dr topal took a lot of time, extra time showing me images and explaining differences in the surgery I'm looking for.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Topal and her care team, literally she's amazing and they are all amazing. I was recommended to her by other patients who were impressed both with the care but also the incredibly impressive surgical outcomes. I'm a very nervous patient, and I have lots of anxiety around procedures and have been gaslighted and dismissed by other practitioners before at other care centers. But never with Dr. Topal and never at Cooley, I'm incredibly impressed and grateful it eases my anxiety and I honestly think helps with the healing! Thank you!!

Dr. Topal did an excellent job with my excision that was in a very difficult location. Her and her nurse were very good at keeping me distracted during the procedure, which I very much appreciated. Dr. Topals work was top notch!

This was my first visit with Dr Topal. She discussed the previous treatment and recommended a different one. She throughly explained her rationale and cost of the treatment before proceeding. Although the procedure is slightly painful, she was provided feedback prior to each injection. I never felt rushed and presents with a caring demeanor .
