I had a really good experience with the intern that did my early eye check before the doctor came in. He just was really giving me a lot of background information on what's going on and things he'd read about in my file. And any kind of question I had, he was just really thorough in explaining it to me. So I gave Dr. Wang feedback when he came in. It was just a really nice experience with the intern. That's it.

It was a very good experiment. I met with the resident before meeting with the attending doctor. This too was a very good interaction and experience.

Dr. Wang made arrangements to see me on short notice because of symptoms I was experiencing. I appreciate him for doing that. In addition, he is an excellent communicator and shows repeatedly that he knows my medical history. I have a lot of respect for him as a physician and as a person.

He is an excellent diagnotician and very thorough in his investigations. However, his focus seemed to be more on assessment than relief of symptoms, perhaps constrained by Insurance issue. More emphasis on alleviating distress and sypmtoms of the patient would definitely help.

Dr. Wang was very rushing through all the appointments. He didn't give me any time to ask him any questions. I did have to stop one of my medications, which usually my rheumatologist prescribed me. He called me like a five-year-old child, like, why did you stop it? Did you tell your rheumatologist a few times? He didn't even bother to ask me why I stopped it.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Wang, and I have to say he's one of the best ophthalmologists I've ever encountered. His bedside manner was excellent, and he was very informative throughout the visit. Even though I was late because of terrible traffic, he still made time to see me, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with the care I received from him.

It was my first visit to the Stoneham MEE office. It was rather confusing to find the office for my provider as the hallways were not straight and the office was on an upper floor. There was one receptionist at the desk when I came in the office and she was on the phone for quite a while. So I had to wait a while before inquiring whether I had the right office. Fortunately another person came into the reception area after a time and was able to help me.

The staff are professional, and respectful. I was treated with respect and saw other patients being respected.

I have no complaints at all with the medical professionals. Notably Dr Wang is thorough and highly professional. he is friendly and respectful of his patients' time. My only issue is with the scheduling in the office. there is often a significant delay due to overbooking and/or employee absences. The only person who acknowledged the issue was Dr. Wang. The front desk staff members should have mentioned the delay upon check in. people were clearly frustrated by the long wait.
