Dr. Shyam Tanguturi is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and a practicing Radiation Oncologist at Mass General Brigham (MGB) in Boston, MA. He completed his undergraduate education at Harvard College, medical schooling at Harvard Medical School, medical internship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, and radiation oncology training at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program.
He specializes in the treatment of central nervous system, oligo-metastatic tumors and upper GI malignancies. His research interests relate to glioblastoma, brain metastases, primary CNS lymphoma, MR guided radiotherapy applications for GI malignancies, and the role of telemedicine in radiation oncology.
Dr. Tanguturi serves as the Vice Chair of Network Strategy and Business Development for MGB Radiation Oncology and is passionate about developing deep and impactful clinical relationships and strategic partnerships across the US and internationally.
