Shizuo Mukai, MD

i've been going to this provider for years and I have always had a positive experience with him. The front desk staff is a different experience. They are abrupt, sometimes don't even look up when they're talking to you, and make you feel very uncomfortable.

I know I am in the best hands possible with Dr. Mukai.

My experience at ME&E has always been outstanding. Shizuo Mukai, his team, and all other members of the ME&E team are great.

I love Dr. Mukai! I have been seeing him since i was four or five years old and I have never had a single problem or complaint about any of my visits. The wait time is a little long, But care wise 10/10 and I definitely will keep going back to him!

Dr. Mukai and his team always give an excellent and thorough examination, do a great job at explaining everything that they just did, any concerns they have, anything they can confirm that was positive, makes what might otherwise be a fairly traumatic experience go a lot smoother and that's I've been going for many, many years and it's always the case.

Dr. Mukai took the time to listen to what I had to say and gave me my next step in my treatment.

If I could give Dr MUKAI an 11 rating I would. He spends time during the visit so he is not in and out, looking at my chart in the way in the door like so many providers these days. He has such a calming manner and his expertise is unparalleled. I consider myself lucky to have him on my team.

Everyone in Dr Mukai's team - from Vanessa at the reception desk to all the technicians and doctors studying under him- were knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. Additionally, the staff who provided Assistance accessing and leaving the 12th floor due to the first pipe damage were all extremely respectful and compassionate. Dr. Mukai is a true expert in his field, and I feel extremely fortunate and comfortable having him as my doctor. I trust him implicitly.
