Excellent and well managed office. All personnel were terrific, especially the nurses and other support personnel assisting the procedure. As to the procedure itself, both Dr. Shen and the Fellow assisting him were focused and open for questions and discussion.

He was very respectful and was honest with me about what he could/could not do to help me.

He was well informed about my history. I did, however, rely on the nurse in the room to help me understand him on more than one occasion. I also wished the video could have been full screen. It was odd speaking to an image across the room the size of my fist on a computer monitor.

Dr. Shen is a very caring doctor. As I've come to get to know him, we had some issues initially, the first meeting, but since then we've been, we've gone along very well and he's been very helpful. I have some concerns about how MGH, I don't know, organizes its doctors or I'll discuss it more in the next one. That's it.
