They were obviously very knowledgeable, clear in their patient communication, and had a "cut to the chase", logic-driven, businesslike attitude which I very much appreciated and felt confidence in. Not warm and fuzzy by any means, but that was not what I was looking for or expecting, any more than I would expect that from my auto mechanic.

It was very good and I got good information on what I need to do for healing and strengthening my leg.

Dr K communicates very effectively. She fields question willingly and responds in a clear, concise manner.

Dr. Kuchinskas was amazing. I felt relief almost immediately. I've been to her a few times and I would recommend her to my family, to anyone that I loved. She is the best.

I don't think the doctor understood the scope of my injury. She was a specialist who made it clear that she worked outside the scope of where my pain was originating and was rather abrupt in talking with me about anatomy, the location of my pain, and the origin of my pain. I don't believe that she had the patience to listen to me long enough to have a clear understanding of why I was there in the first place.

Busy but well run facility. Waiting room was full. First a # of knee Xrays. Met with Dr. Like her right away. Discussed shot options and they will input auth.

I was very puzzled as to the doctor's increasing irritability with me. [redacted] She seemed to believe that I had no medical problem with my shoulder. Maybe she thought I was malingering? I can assure you that I did have pain in my shoulder. And I still have problems with its function. She did clarify that I do not have rotator cuff problems. She did give me a steroid injection in a very professional manner. It has reduced the pain. But I still don't have much function in my shoulder.

Excellent doctor. Knew exactly what my issue was and provided exercises to alleviate the issue.

The interaction felt slightly rushed. Dr was somewhat abrupt.

Dr. K. is very knowledgeable and patient. As I am an anxious patient she often had to repeat herself.

The appointment was only about 4 minutes long, i felt rushed and not listened to. When i asked if i could get a cortisone injection for wrist tendonitis [redacted] the doctor just said "not for this." but wouldn't explain why. [redacted]

I just felt that this was a very rushed appointment. The provider hardly spoke to me at all. I whipped out my exercises to show her what I was doing. She didn't show me any diagrams, explained to me anything about my injury other than saying it was a sprain and it should resolve in four to six weeks and we were already at almost five months. So I was not impressed.

She was knowledgeable and excellent.

Dr K was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I am planning to switch to this provider.

As always, she made me feel well cared for.

Dr K is extremely good at her job. She is straight forward, clear, consise and explains what she needs to very well. I definitely like her as a physician the entire office there in Hatfield are so kind and friendly. I've never felt uncomfortable there at all.

I was seen super promptly. The medical asst. and the x-ray tech were really kind and friendly. Dr K was great--clear, efficient, quick, and she knew exactly what I needed. Others might prefer a little softer 'bedside manner,' but I'd call her no-nonsense and knowledgeable, which I like. All in all a positive experience.

Dr. K was knowledgeable about Achilles injuries. She spoken about my current regimen of therapies and possible treatment over a longer period of time. Dr.K knows her stuff, and the Valley is very lucky to have her as a medical service provider!

Dr. Kuchinskas was excellent, excellent, excellent. I had seen her two times before. Every time was positive, couldn't ask for anything better. What I had done was to relieve the water on my knee and this time it was probably the best experience because it didn't have as much pain. It was probably the same type of needle. I don't know why it didn't pain as much, but I just couldn't say excellent, excellent, excellent. She was just, she couldn't be any better. She's a real professional. That's all I want to say.

Dr. K is awesome. She always listens to me and helps provide a resolution to my problem. I could barely walk when I went in there and I was able to walk when I left.

[redacted] I found her to be rude and uninterested in anything I said. She came in having already looked at my X-rays and immediately said "it's arthritis". You have arthritis in your hand. Told to take Tylenol and Advil. That's it. No discussion whatsoever. From what I have researched it could be related to autoimmunity, but I had no opportunity to even bring that up. She was in and out of the room in less than 8 minutes. [redacted]

Love this provider, definately knows her stuff. We discuss different options and when we may to use a different method. She is fast tells what your options are and gives her ipinion on what's available when and if we should change

Dr. K. exuded confidence. I felt that she was competent and professional.

This was the first time I saw this provider for this condition. I think she ordered all the necessary tests to diagnose what is going on and also referred me to occupational therapy.

Dr. K was very dismissive of my pain and concerns. When I read her follow-up of my appt she incorrectly stated that my pain was from favoring my knee, which is definitely not the case. When I tried to ask questions she was incredibly dismissive and treated me rudely, not letting me ask questions or express my concerns. I'm still having pain and swelling which is not from favoring my knee as she wrongly stated. [redacted] I went into my appt understanding there probably wouldn't be an immediate fix, but when I asked numerous times what we can do to fix my knee Dr. K just said there was no fix I just have to live with it. And that seems incredibly wrong and uncaring. The other staff, nurses and receptionists were wonderful. But my purpose was to go to see a doctor to help me and I was let down.

As the appointment was only for a diagnostic measurement to be taken, everything was done in the best manner.

She was very educational in addition to her medical services. I came away with a much better understanding of my knee's condition, how it developed, and what to expect, giving me a better "handle" on the situation.

I have seen Dr K on numerous occasions. I like her honest and straightforward approach. She listens to why I am there and what my concerns are. She then explains any procedures I would need or medications.

Over the last six months, I have seen five providers for my hip pain. And this provider was the only one who I felt confident that she knew what was going on with me and that she knew how to treat me. She was wonderful.

Hi, she didn't ask me about any meds I was on. I don't even know if she had checked my record, okay? I seemed to have had a problem with the cortisone shot. I had a reaction to it, okay, with my heart. And for the next couple of days, my heart was beating way too fast. And I contacted an EMT I know, and they said, yes, that is a possibility of a cortisone shot. And I wasn't given that information because I would have never taken the shot. All right? There was little or no conversation between the doctor and myself. She was in, oh yeah, you have arthritis in the shoulder. She gave me a shot and left. Okay? And that was the extent of our visit. This provider was well informed about my history with my problematic shoulder

Listened to my feeling on my issues and was very receptive on my thoughts. he also gave me options which were a huge help in making decisions on treatment of my issue.

The person/nurse that showed me to the room was a bch, she asked a question, while I was answering she interrupted to argue. Totally unprofessional. She had a bad attitude/mood. I will refuse to talk to her again!

I thought the provider was very knowledgeable about my situation. She took time to explain with models why I was having problems with my knee. I had a better understanding after she explained everything so well. I thought she was amazing.

The only comment I would have about Dr. K's care of me was that when she gave me a shot, I think I probably should have asked her exactly what it was she was giving me a shot for. And also, I didn't know that my finger would get numb afterwards. So I think that would have been a good thing to let me know before I left. Because when I got in the car, my finger started to get numb and I wasn't sure whether that was supposed to happen or not. So in future, I think that would be a good thing to let people know.

So I still don't know what causes all this pain, which at times is crippling. That's all I want to know, is what's causing it, and then we can attack it from there.

I thought the provider was, the doctor was great in so far as treating my problem and braining my knee, which was great. It was great to get it done in one appointment and all that. It hasn't resolved my problem and that's my only concern. So I'm still in, it's not as bad, but I'm still pain and a problem with this and I have to figure out some solution better quickly. The doctor was knowledgeable about my injury in that she examined the xrays and did not notice any arthritis. But I did not see the xrays in the visit. I would have been very satisfied to have viewed the xrays. She offered me several options for treatment: physical therapy, heat, pain killers, continued exercise, steroid shots. I declined the steroid shot, and am considering more physical therapy.

she did her best considering the person who set up the appointment did it with the wrong Dr. the scheduler knew the problem and scheduled it with a Dr that did not treat the malady. In essence the visit was a waste of time for both the Dr and myself . we have rescheduled with the proper physician in another two weeks . Copay was a wasted Forty dollars.

I was told that I had a case of hip bursitis and that no shot was needed or further office treatment was needed but i was not given any advice on best home treatment to relieve the pain.

This care provider is thoughtful, to the point, and was interested in helping me make a plan to figure out how to move forward with my current issue (herniated disk) - this hugely helped with my peace of mind. She was able to prescribe me something to help with my inflammation, she provided me with an alternative medication to take to help me with nerve pain while sleeping so that I have better sleep health/hygiene, and she referred me to another doctor who could best help me see if I'm a candidate for an injection vs. surgery. I just feel more in charge of my own journey (and more informed) as a result of seeing this provider.
