Dr. Baratono is an amazing doctor. She is very smart and caring. She makes me feel good about myself. I feel very lucky to have her as my neurologist and I am so grateful that the Brigham is such a wonderful hospital.

I think that my care provider was wonderful in terms of her knowledge of what we needed to learn and think about. She tried very hard to get all the ideas about how I was functioning and then decided what possibly might be an evaluation and then gave me a list of tests that she wanted to do to be able to figure out what was going on with me. I liked her very much. I thought she was extremely knowledgeable.

The doctor was very professional. I do not blame the doctor for running late. However, it would really help if your virtual meeting software could periodically confirm that that the doctor is running late. You don't really know if you are really connected to the right location while you are "on hold".

She was extremely helpful with a Brain MRI scan I had been putting off. She found me a place in Chelsea where the MRI is open and provided a low dose of a medication that will assist. She is easy to talk to and empathetic to my unique health situation and not only understood my concerns but genuinely listened. I am grateful that she is part of my medical team.
