I needed to switch from an inperson visit to a virtual visit about a week before and the staff in the office were very helpfyl. The other thing - this was just amazing - i somehow lost track of time and did not join the visit on time. Dr. Tsai took the time to call me back and ask if I was still able to meet. She is fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Tsai saw me in a timely manner. She listened to my concerns and looked at my records and history and gave me a good summary of next steps and planned treatment. She was very professional and polite.

The doctor was very good, took her time, answered all my questions. The young receptionist when I left did not set up an appointment, which she was supposed to, and gave me the wrong phone number to call, and I got the runaround for a half an hour.

I was seen on time by the provider after first being seen by a Medical Assistant. The prior Patient Gateway E Check-In online process ends with me providing Urology "Health Notes." I had mistakenly assumed that the doctor reads them before my appt., but she didn't know what I was referring to. Yet instead she had me summarize my condition -- which I appreciated (although I forgot to mention some symptoms that I had included in those "Health Notes"). The doctor asked numerous questions and provided me with thorough answers. She also already made an appt. to see me in 6 weeks. I was very satisfied with this visit.

I saw Dr. Tsai, she was excellent in her explaining my prostrate condition, ordering subsequent tests to be done as well as a follow-up visit after the test is done in July.
