Dr. Jacobs is very pleasant and is doing a good job is important to him. Unfortunately, I feel like he doesn't provide a lot of hope. Sometimes he goes over and over potential complications of a transplant. And sometimes I feel like I'm being he's trying to push me into saying no to transplant.

All good. My tests were reviewed and summations expressed. My questions were asked and answered adequately by the doctor.

I was treated very well and felt comfortable while I was in the care of Brigham and Womens. I felt like a person and the people were wonderful, all of the staff and nurses and doctors.

Great visit

I did have multiple doctors. My Primary Doctor seemed to be distracted or hurried. All other times, and with all others Doctors I was completely confident in their concern for my care.

Both drs and nurses were very informative and really took their time explaining what lay ahead of me. They were wonderful and I left. Rey impressed by this visit!

Dr. Jacob has always been very forthcoming and gets back to me in a timely fashion. He also speaks to me in terms and things that I know about and doesn't speak down to me at all. He's been very good about my care.

My experience with the doctor was all I could ask for and he was compassionate. He told me everything that was going on and showed me, you know, everything that I needed to see. I highly recommend him. His mannerism, his professionalism, everything about him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Jacob addressed my medical needs and concerns in a highly professional and comprehensive manner. He impressed me as being very concerned with and vested in my heath care. He provided relevant information and took the time to answer completely all my questions.

Dr Jacob and his team are wonderful.

The doctor was very intelligent. He listened very carefully. He understood my questions and gave me advice based on his professional advice.

Okay, so he was very understanding with my situation. He was objective about the facts, you know, like the example, like if I really needed a transplant or not. But at the same time, he was very positive. He told me that, you know, I was okay. I was able to get the necessary health and I'm able to take care of myself since this was caught early.

This is the first time I saw Dr. Jacob and I was very pleased with our interactions. The doctor was very courteous and broke things down in way that was easy to understand. He had a fantastic personality that was very calming.

Doctor actually listened and paid great attention to my questions. He answered everything the easiest way we can understand ?

Dr Jacob is very thorough and explains the issues very well. He spends time and never seems rushed. Wonderful doctor.

Wish I had More time to tell him everything.
