About Sean M Hazzard

Sean Hazzard earned his undergraduate degree and Physician Assistant certification at Wagner College in New York City. After working in Sports Medicine in southern New Jersey, he relocated back to New York City and worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) on the Sports Medicine and Shoulder service.
