Yes, the doctor was absolutely excellent. I am absolutely happy with him and he was excellent. And the very first question, I answered a three, but I didn't realize it was another higher, better one coming. It would have been a four. I just hit, my finger hit it before you finished talking. And on the nurses, There was someone in the office with him. I don't know. She was very good and she took the information he was giving. I'm not actually sure if she was a nurse or what the position was, but she was with him for the exam and writing down what he was doing and communication was good. Everything was excellent. I felt that Dr. Singer, I felt very comfortable with him. I thought he was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and especially in the context of having a skin cancer check where I do have to pretty much get completely undressed to be examined. I definitely think it's very important to note that I did feel very comfortable because it does put you as a patient in a very vulnerable position. But all in all, I thought he was excellent.

Overall great experience with Dr Singer. I arrived late due to T delays, and he agreed to see me and my husband who was a first time patient. We truly appreciated this. I tried calling in advance to let him know that I was late, but the person in the phone suggested he would not see us if we were more than 10 min late. We were 20 min late, but he still found the time to see us.

I think he's really great. He listened well to me, gave me practical advice. Yeah, definitely. I'm really, really happy I went. I thought he was really clear. He was really assuring. So really great.

Dr. Singer has a wonderfully warm bedside manner. He asked about any issues before the exam, he conducted a thorough exam, and made me comfortable during the exam. He explained everything in clear understandable terms. He encouraged me to reach out if other concerning issues arise.

This was the first time seeing this provider. I was extremely impressed. I am a health care provider myself and I was impressed with his thoroughness, his punctuality, and plan of care.

Dr. Singer was very thorough both in the examination as well explaining his process. It both didn't feel rushed and wasn't overly long.

The doctor explains his diagnosis and possible treatments. I thought he could have spent more time discussing the implications of different treatments rather than accepting what I said at the moment.

This appointment was a brief visit, as my primary physician was away for the week, and it was my first time meeting Dr. Singer. His pace during the appointment was quite fast-both in how he moved and how quickly he spoke. Additionally, I noticed that he stood closer than what I would consider typical during our conversation. While this did not feel inappropriate or unsettling, it was somewhat outside of what I would view as socially customary when my concerns.

Everyone treated me with care and professionalism. I arrived early as I consider traffic during rush hour in Boston. They took me right in and I was on my way home before my scheduled appointment time. Thank you

I've only had a chance to meet with Dr. Singer twice, but each time he came in well-prepared, very informed as to why I was making the visit to see him, knew all about my past history and all of the current information that he needed to know to help make a diagnosis. He was direct, explained things carefully so that I understood them, and I always leave there feeling very positive. He's an excellent doctor and I feel very grateful to have to be in his care.

Dr Singer was of course very knowledgable in his field. He had an excellent solution to my presenting problem. Overall i think he is a very gifted clinician. If i didn't have a long time dermatologist ( who was unable to see me) I would feel totally comfortable with Dr Singer.

My experience was excellent and I was very happy with the service that I got and all my questions were answered and it was a pleasure to see this provider.

I was late for my appointment due to torrential rain on Rte. 95 from Billerica to Chestnut Hill. However, Dr. Singer made time to see me and to hear my concerns. Although a complete exam was not possible, Dr. addressed my concerns--concerns that other doctors ignored. I definitely would recommend him.

He did a thorough exam and discussed what I needed to do.

The doctor was excellent but I did not receive any report from him on my patient gateway account. Would like a short report even tho this was a very short, spot check, visit.

Oh, I was just very happy my other doctor wasn't available. So Dr. Singer, who hopefully will be my new doctor, has discovered something that seems like very good work on his part.
