So this response has to do with not Dr. Greenstein, but the other people who I saw during my visit. So those are the people that checked my eyes and that administered the tests, the many tests that I had that day. And I would say everybody was very diligent about making sure what they did was accurate. I was very impressed with the caliber of concern and interest of being accurate with everything. It took me a year to get in with Dr Greenstein.

Dr. Greenstein is amazing and I have complete trust in his skill, knowledge, and abilities. But I could see him running from patient to patient and had to wait quite a while for my turn. So I felt rushed and not enough time to ask questions. Not his fault, but the pressure of a busy schedule left me with unanswered questions about my upcoming surgery that I had to go home and google my answers .

It's sad they closed up their prescription glasses shop. Now when my eye Doctor rights me a prescription for glasses i have to look some other place that will except this prescription to get my glasses. Very difficult ? ?

Going in my family had already told me I should see Dr Scott Greenstein. He had previously helped many members of my family. After meeting and working with his staff and then with Dr Greenstein himself, I understood what they meant. Knowing there was a limited time available I wish I had been sent some of the basic reading materials and photos ahead of time. To better explain, there was a very large amount of material on line. I think what your offices offered was limited but pretty much enough for a beginner like me.

He is the best ophthalmologist I have ever seen. I saw several ophthalmologists in the past for my cataracts. They all recommended surgery. But when I first met Dr. Greenstein more than 2 years ago, he told me that I could wait till I have more symptoms. He gave me follow up appointment a year later. My vision hasn't changed. I still drive around even at night without much difficulty. He prevented surgeries in my eyes!

Regarding my medications I just don't remember. I had a mastectomy yesterday and am still a bit foggy. Also, the people who tested me prior to my appointment with Dr. Greenstein were specialists in ophthalmology but I don't think they are nurses, per se. Dr. Greenstein is the best! And the two ophthalmology specialists who tested me are, too!

I felt like he really listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I did not feel like he was trying to rush out but was very attentive.

Dr. Greenstein has been my ophthalmologist for over 10 years now. He has performed cataract surgery on my left eye, and monitors the progress of the cataract in my left eye. I found the technician who did my Visual Field test to have a lack of respect, referring to Dr. Greenstein as "Greenstein." When I said that I thought she should refer to him as Dr. Greenstein, she said "no other doctor asked for the things hw dies and he was difficult to work with." While I did not appreciate her lack if professionalism, I do appreciate Dr. Greenstein's and know that what he requests is for the level of care he has for his patients.

My visit was a positive experience in every way. The entire staff was professional and friendly in all of my interactions with the front desk, the diagnostic staff and especially Dr. Greenstein.
