Hi, this is [redacted]. Tasha Cooper is so thorough and patient and she goes up and down every avenue to try and figure out what's going on. She always offers new hope and new help and she always gets to the point. She's a wonderful, wonderful doctor. I hope she stays. I was with Dr. [redacted] for 15 years and I've been with her for about four and she is a cat's pajama.

Dr. Cooper has been my perhaps fifth or sixth rheumatologist in about almost 40 years of having rheumatoid arthritis and Dr. Cooper is the best rheumatologist I've had in all these years. She's to the point. She's caring. She's empathetic and she gives me information on new treatments and I have total 100% confidence in her care. I think she's the best I have ever had in nearly 40 years.

We talked about my bone density coming up in June and told me to make an appointment with doctor [redacted] for after the scan

She is terrific: she listens, gives reasoned and substantial responses, offers extra information, and goes to the heart of the matter. I am very lucky she is my provider.

I have had anxiety about my arthritis and whether it was psoriatic. Dr. Cooper listened to my fears and laid out a path of x-rays and further tests that would hopefully lead to a good outcome and less pain.

The experience I had at Dr. Cooper's office was excellent. She has a medical assistant, so that's not a nurse. I did not push that one because, but the medical assistant is excellent. I have absolutely nothing but praise for her. And I like the way that the office kept clean. I like the whole... The whole experience except checking in, and that has nothing to do with her. That's it for that. I also pressed a one, I see, instead of all fours at the beginning, and I'm not sure that I didn't make an error because everything about that visit was excellent. So I don't know what I pressed the one for. I just saw in the recap that came up. But I don't want anything negative because that was an extremely good visit. The doctor's extremely caring and thoughtful. That's all I have.

A welcoming mix of Friendliness and Professionalism!

Unfortunately the provider has limited bedside manner. For example, instead of talking to me and providing me with the diagnosis and her opinion, she spoke into the microphone to dictate to notes. Which is how I learned her diagnosis and thoughts. I try to give people grace and understanding but this is my second appt with similar experience. [redacted]

Yes, excuse me. I am just two weeks out of having hand surgery. I'm not at the top of my game. It's late in the afternoon. I have fatigue issues with my disease. I didn't always understand what you were asking, but for Dr. Saskia Cooper, she deserves above a 10 in every aspect. In nearly 40 years of living with RA, Dr. Cooper has been my very best rheumatologist since the very beginning and she's about my eighth. Dr. Cooper is way above and beyond the best that I've ever had in my years of this disease.

Initial appointment with Dr.Cooper proved to beneficial. Dr. Cooper has great empathy and knowledge of her speciality. She answered all of my questions and gave explanations that I could understand. I would recommend Dr. Cooper to family and friends.

She was honest in what, of my concerns, were related to rheumatology and which were in thge realm of neurology. I would definitely recommend her.
