Dr. Stephen is a wonderful provider. She was very thorough answering my questions. I felt very comfortable talking about my concerns with her.

The provider was very good. I had a biopsy. But to follow up on the biopsy, before I got the results, I went on patient gateway and I found the results before anybody called me up. And since then, I have received a call about six days after the biopsy. And the nurse left, I wasn't there. She left a message to call her back. I have called back twice and I guess she's busy. So she has not called me back yet, but I know the results and I have made an appointment on my own to have the sebaceous, whatever it is, the squamisol removed.

Hi, I find Dr. Sasha Stephen to be a very personable and lovely doctor. I am happy I am one of her patients and I would only see her in the future. I will see nobody else but her. She makes me feel very comfortable and at ease, very caring, and just a good doctor all around. She is the best.

The doctor was pleasant and easy to talk to.

Sasha was very thorough with communicating with the nurse or assistant that was in the room and making sure that they were both on the same area of what they were biopsying and double checking each other. So I felt very confident and that they were doing the right thing and there was going to be no mislabeling or miscommunication.

I find Dr. Stephen to be extremely accessible and she does listen and sometimes we work on a plan forward together and I feel very confident having her as my dermatologist.

Dr. Stephen is wonderful! Thorough with follow up. I did notice her notes on gateway that she mentioned "no" night sweats, weight loss, fatigue etc., and i have had all of them. I meant to go over that with her, but ADHD controls my life sadly, so I forgot.

I love this location. It is easy to get to, plenty of parking. It is well staffed so check in and checkout is efficient. Appointment was on time and Dr spent time during exam to answer questions.
