She was quite personable and easy to talk to in this my first encounter with her. At the same time, I question the system that has a cardiologist doing the initial evaluation by remote. As a retired physician myself, I question the wisdom of this practice.

She was personable, and easy to talk to. She explained my test results in a way that I could understand; providing reasonable options for how to manage my physical activities given my condition. She invited my questions and answered them to the best of her ability and the time frame we had to work with. I still would like to better understand all the 9 panels of data from my CPET. Perhaps when I get the final report there will be more information there. Dr Tsiaras shared excellent notes from my visit in the portal, which was really helpful for both me and my PCP. In her notes she even asked if I had any more questions! This kind of open dialogue feels so important - and compassionate- when dealing with an uncommon diagnosis.

I had 2 appointments, the first for an Echo Cardiogram, the second a follow-up with the cardiologist. These were preceded by a nurse/clinician who took my vitals. Everything went fine, no complaints on any score.

My condition only warrants returning once a year. I always leave feeling listened to and supported. This time the doctor gave me information on an upcoming information session that focuses on SCAD specifically which is very valuable in helping me understand the condition more clearly. She is always respectful, patient and kind.

Dr. Tsiaras has been tremendously responsive and is very, very up to date on my very complicated cardiac history and was passed on from my previous cardiologist who actually was her mentor. She's fantastically thorough, listened well, and really has a great grip on what is a very complicated cardiac diagnosis. So, highly recommended and very sorry to lose her.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Tsiaras. She listened to my concerns and she actually reached out to my phrenologist to discuss her concern regarding my kidney bloodwork results. Dr. Tsiaras and my phrenologist were able to coordinate changes to my medication and my appointment schedule. The medical assistant was professional and outstanding! He was very thorough and explained the process step by step for vitals and EKG. Dr Tsiaras was very comprehensive with the visit. Knowing my history, symptoms and mediation titrations off the top of her head was comforting. She explained new mediation options and suggested we try it. She was encouraging with lifestyle and relatable to me. She also listen intently to a new family history, explained my possible risks and my current treatment being sufficient. This was reassuring.
