And yeah, she just, I felt really that she was very responsive. I felt like she really heard what I was saying and she addressed all of my concerns. I just think she's a wonderful addition to your staff and I'm so glad I'm able to be her patient.

I am very impressed with the level at service at NCH in the last few years! Everyone on the staff is courageous, efficient and knowledgeable. The wait time has been minimal and often non existent. Dr. Russell is the best doctor I've had. She is so caring, super knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions, and explains everything in detail. She always follows up on test results, and calls me back if I have questions, sometimes even after work hours and on weekends. Excellent doctor and caring human being! The nurses, lab technicians, receptionists-everyone is so professional and courteous! Nurse Kimone, lab tech Carla provide excellent service and are gentle and efficient! Amazing team!
