I chose this provider for my care. Choosing her was the best decision I ever made.

Would have liked to have seen the doctor;although the fellow was good

She is thoughtful, empathetic and never rushes me during our appointments. I trust her expertise and medical advice because of the respect she has always shown me and the care she has provided in the past. She is a phenomenal physician!

My experience was phenomenal. I felt like I was completely listened to, as well as that everyone was prepared before I even engaged with the team. So I felt really good and I felt even better after my appointment was over. So it was a fantastic experience for me as have all my experiences been clinically at Mass General, at Brigham. But yeah, this was no exception and I feel much better after the appointment. Thanks so much.

I am very happy with Dr. Conway. I was only seeing her virtually because of the snowstorm. Unfortunately the audio wasn't working great but I am looking forward to seeing her in person for my next visit.

Dr Conway has a way of making me relaxed and comfortable during my visit.

Dr. Conway cares, she listens to my concerns and gives me the best care that is specific to my needs at the time. She also follows up; often calling me with MRI results before I see them updated to the chart (which I like since I'm not a Dr and shouldn't be deciphering the results).

Dr. Conway is by far the most empathetic, knowledgeable, compassionate doctor I have ever had. She is so easy to talk to, and she always makes me feel seen and heard. She listens carefully, she is extremely thorough, she explains everything very clearly, and she makes sure that no stone is left unturned. She isn't just a doctor, she is a true healer, and I trust her with my life. I am deeply grateful to be in her care.

Dr Conway is the best neurologist I've ever had. Remarkable ability to listen, understand and respond with care, compassion using words I've spoken. Always discusses current needs/treatment in addition to what is a future possibility dependent on research and FDA approval.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Conway. She is a phenomenal doctor and by far the best neurologist I've seen since my MS diagnosis. It is obvious she cares about her patients, and she always provides reasonable and actionable options to address issues. She is also easy to talk to and connect with on a human level.

My one concern is that you can't schedule your annual visit while you're at the appointment because they don't go out a year from that date. Seems like a pretty easy fix for such an inconvenient thing.

Both the Fellow and my Neurologist provided me with information that I needed. They're both great and I feel I'm fortunate to have them, especially my Neurologist, I like her the best of the ones I have had at the BWH. She's very personable.

Dr. Conway is my 16th neurologist. I travel 3 hrs to see Dr. C. I come from [redacted], Ct. The Yale Neuro's were not for me. They don't listen to their patients and we're not very encouraging at all. Yale is overrated. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Conway. She's amazing. I have so much faith in her.
