I have only had good experiences with everybody here at the MS clinic/MRI tech, etc. I travel 2-3 hours for treatment and to see my provider and it is worth every minute.

Dr. Conway is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She takes plenty of time during the appointment so you don't feel rushed. She is very empathic and actively listens to you even if it is not MS related she feels it's important because your total health effects MS. Lastly, if you reach out to her through the portal, no matter what the reason is, she responds to you in a timely manner.

Dr. Conway was amazing. I would recommend her to everyone. She's the best I've ever had and I've had MS for probably 25, 30 years. But the answer about, the question about did I see a nurse, I did see a nurse and she was very nice and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Conway. I've experienced my fair share of other neurologists since my MS diagnosis and she is the pinnacle of the neurology profession. I know my MS would not be as stable as it is currently is without her advocacy and expertise. She always comes to our appointments with a positive, can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Dr. Conway is the epitome of a "Top Doc," and it is unbelievable to me she wasn't recognized as such on the most recent list posted at the BWH MS Center. Please rectify this oversight in the future.

Dr. Conway and Dr. [redacted], both of them were great and it was a good experience. The patient felt heard and I was there as my sister's guardian and it was a really good experience. You could tell they take their time to listen to the patient and Sometimes it's not always the case when patients have mental health issues. Sometimes their symptoms are dismissed, but I don't feel like this was the case. I feel that she was definitely heard and her condition was taken seriously in what she had to say.

I was worried that my MRI and consult schedule was too tight which turned out to be true. I was delighted to find that my physician accommodated my delay and even tracked my presence in the MRI. It was nice to know someone was watching. ...wait, sounds creepy but I guess medicos should have hint of omnipotence.

For the 1st time, in a long while, I felt extremely relieved, that the care of my condition was in great hands & on a good path. I chose this provider for my care. Choosing her was the best decision I ever made.

Would have liked to have seen the doctor;although the fellow was good

She is thoughtful, empathetic and never rushes me during our appointments. I trust her expertise and medical advice because of the respect she has always shown me and the care she has provided in the past. She is a phenomenal physician!

My experience was phenomenal. I felt like I was completely listened to, as well as that everyone was prepared before I even engaged with the team. So I felt really good and I felt even better after my appointment was over. So it was a fantastic experience for me as have all my experiences been clinically at Mass General, at Brigham. I am very happy with Dr. Conway. I was only seeing her virtually because of the snowstorm. Unfortunately the audio wasn't working great but I am looking forward to seeing her in person for my next visit.

Dr Conway is the best neurologist I've ever had. Remarkable ability to listen, understand and respond with care, compassion using words I've spoken. Always discusses current needs/treatment in addition to what is a future possibility dependent on research and FDA approval.
