This was my first visit to this provider I am very satisfied with everything they did including getting me a test to check for a blood clot on the same day and someone from the office coming to the testing area to discuss the results and what we needed to do. I find this to be very kind and considerate and this is exactly what I am looking for in a Doctor's office. They also made sure that I understood everything they were telling me and that they assured me of their working with [redacted] in regards to the cancer.

Dr Cuddy worked in concert with my cardiologist to address my concerns re: medication denial from m insurance company. She took the additional steps to ensure that I will continue to receive my medication. She is professional, thorough and worthy of high praise in her patient interactions and follow-up.

Although my doctor was running late, I did see , I believe a doctor in training who was patient, respectful, engaging, asked the right questions for clarification and was professional. He obviously filled in my doctors about our conversation and she followed up with me and made a recommendation for another test to ensure the status of my diagnosis. I was seen timely by the person who takes my blood pressure, height & weight and the technician who provided an EKG.

She took extra time to figure it out and when she did, I could tell she was thrilled about it (did a "happy dance"). My interaction with a nurse was very little. Questions should include techs which I had more interaction with. They too were excellent.
