The Dr was lovely. Answered my questions and was well aware of my current OBG/GYN Oncology status and the inability to have surgery at this time. She eased my fear of delaying surgery and was clear that she will be available to move forward when the timing works.

Dr. Rose is an absolutely wonderful podiatrist. She diagnosed my Morton's neuroma, which was a source of pain and numbness in my feet, and she recommended the correct orthotics. I think she's wonderful.

Over the last 6 months I have engaged with MGH a number of times, all related to the same initial reason to visit MGH. With the exception of an uncomfortable experience in the ED, MGH had given me the best experience/care I have had with medical care outside normal annual dr's visits.

Dr. Rose was very professional

I called the Mass. General Wound Center out of desperation after the [redacted] Group told me that they would have to amputate my foot, because they couldn't heal my wound. Thankfully, Dr. Rose-Sauld took my case, figured out why the wound wasn't healing, took the appropriate action, and now I have my foot and the wound is healed! She's the best!

Everything went well a very pleasant person

I find her really helpful, kind, considerate, always on time, always there to answer my questions, definitely interested in my health and what I have to say, which I really appreciate it because unfortunately sometimes that isn't the situation that I've received with other doctors. So she's a breath of fresh air, great person. I've been known her in the past and she was a great asset for me. I appreciate everything she's done, along with the great nurses that are there. Actually, that whole department is awesome. I give them all a 10. That's it. Thank you.

There hasn't been a time that I haven't had excellent service! From the front desk staff, the doctor, cast room.and medical assistant, ALL provide exceptional care.

I think the provider was excellent and the assistant that showed me to the room was very very nice.

Very capable

Dr Rose-Sauld is a model for patient care. She is smart and kind and helpful. She remembers me from one visit to the next, asks great questions and provides the highest level of care. She explained what was causing foot pain and gave me many ways to address it - from PT and exercises to potentially cortisone shots with good advice on how to manage and prevent foot pain. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

She is concerned, caring, and knows her job well. She did fantastically on both my big toes, took her time, and explained the whole procedure, so I was very much at ease.

She understood and fixed the problem

Dr. Rose is a fabulous doctor. I've been treating with her now for a few years. I have Maltese neuroma. And when I first started seeing her, my feet were in bad shape. I was having a lot of pain and areas in my feet were calloused and had corns on them because the positioning of my foot when I walk was incorrect. And she recommended the type of orthotic I should use, and she took care of the corns and calluses, and I have no problem at all now, as long as I put the orthotics in. I have an occasional corn or callus, which she takes care of, and then I know I need to replace my shoes, but her care has been outstanding. She's a wonderful doctor.

It's always been pleasant and rewarding, and I wouldn't change it for nothing in the world. I thank her.
