Dr Barmettler ordered labs on the date I saw her; b4 that she reviewed all my labs , and reviewed my CT scan . The technician (? Not sure if she was certified nurse aide). She reviewed each medication listed to confirm what meds I was on. She was thorough, friendly, and kind .

And in two days from the date of my first injections, my entire life changed. no more prednisone, no more scarring on my face. I am so grateful for Dr. Bartmettler. She heard me, she understood what I needed, and she treated me with the utmost respect.

She got caught up in a patient emergency and I had to wait an hour. But once we got started she was terrific. Very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with.
