I had never met her before, very stressful to meet another medical professional and nerve wracking. She was MAGNIFICENT, delightful, engaging, knowledgeable, great bedside manner, not reactive coming to conclusions immediately having just met me and my history; patient, humorous and it put me at ease. I was extremely stressed to again be sent to another person, in this situation it was a very positive first introduction and informative and uncomplicated!!
