I immediately felt a good rapport with Dr. Tsao. She introduced herself in a very friendly manner and then got right down to business. She knew right away whether she could help my situation as she was straightforward and got right to the point. I felt that I had finally gotten the answers that I needed.

The hospital requirement to limit appointments to 15 minutes is unfortunate, especially in view of the very high fees you set. The provider was excellent but she was rushed - not her fault, it is the hospital management's fault and makes it appear to value profit over persons.

So I came in for a dermatology visit to just kind of address a few things. The provider herself, she was very nice. She did have a student with her. I've been a patient. I also work for Mass General Hospital, so I understand it is a teaching hospital. I felt like she was more into teaching her student things about me than it was to actually focus on my actual care. My other huge issue is I understand, again, dermatology is very busy and they have every, you know, an appointment every 15 minutes. However, I have never left an appointment where I felt actually more confused than when I came in. She kind of just rushed through everything, told me that these are things that I need to utilize and that was pretty much it. [redacted]
