Dr. Klempner is one of the best doctors I've had in my [redacted] years (and I've seen a lot of doctors!). I know he has an enormous case load, but he treats me like I'm the only one, he's focused, direct, and kind. I know I'm in the very best hands with his care! (My literally life depends on him). Can't say enough positives about him and MGH!

Dr. Klempner and his team went over and above to explain in detail what we, my advocate and myself were to expect through all the upcoming cycles, as well as the processes from start to finish. He/they did and especially great job addressing our concerns about the sensitive areas of the treatments as well as broke down the complicated medical jargon and complicated process of drug administration. Dr. Klempner reassured us, made us feel informed and comfortable!

My first 4 years of cancer treatment was in NJ. My last year was in the care of Dr. Klempner due to our move to Mass. I was impressed with Dr. Klempner's professional manner, his wonderful communication skills and his genuine concern for my well-being.

The Dr listened patiently to my concerns & gave suggestions regarding my questions.

Dr. Klempner was extremely professional and walked into the appointment with past knowledge of her medical history. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. It was super helpful that he walked us through my mom's recent CT scan and the options she has based on her type of cancer. I only wish we were located in Boston to receive primary care for her.

Dr Sam Klempner is an outstanding oncologist. He is extremely thorough and explains the phases of my cancer and options available. I am so grateful for is medical advice as well as the support through this process. I'm fortunate to call him my doctor.

Dr. Klempner has great technical and coordination skills. His office communicates very well with my other MGH caregivers and coordinates his treatment of me with others on my cancer treatment team.

Yes, Dr. Klempner was amazing. He spent a good hour with us going through all kinds of information and answering any question we had. And we did not get that from our last provider at Sloan. He was just amazing. And I'm thankful that we were sent to him.

Dr. Klempner excels in his social role: He is timely, patient, earnest, and above all, exceedingly intelligent, showing he has absorbed your physical and emotional needs after the first meeting and for us, that was mask time 4 &1/2 years ago. Our cancer is stubborn, but so are we. He has said he has many cancer-fighting tools in his arsenal. His knowledge is his most potent tool.

I had a good experience with the doctor and he took the time to answer all my questions and didn't feel rushed. I felt like he'd give me as much time as I needed.

He analyzed the problem right at the beginning, diagnosed what type of cancer I had and what the genetic makeup of it was, and attacked it with the exact therapy that it needed.
