When I first met Dr. Coffin, I explained to him i had a very bad experience with an endocrinologist. He listened. Now when i see him I'm very comfortable. I love seeing him. He is on top of everything for me. He is very thorough. Any labs ,as soon as the results are in He writes to me right away. He is great.

I would like to see more familiarity in how to address transgender patients respectfully - lightweight guidance that can be expected as a baseline, rather than rather variable, if well-meaning but somewhat intrusive conversation. Simply having a ten minute "intro to transgender patients" that everyone sees would make a world of difference to patient care expectations.

This was my first appointment with this provider. I was very satisfied with our discussion and his explanations.

The receptionist, nurse, and the doctor I saw were very friendly, and respectful to me. They explained what I was there for in a way that I could understand. The lalb phlebotomist was also very respectful and gentle when taking my blood Labs. I like coming to this office for care very much. And I would definitely recommend it to others.

Yes, I had a very good experience with the doctor, Dr. Coffin. He's the second endocrinologist I've gone to in all these years and he was more caring and more on top of what I needed than the other one had been all the previous years.
