Dr. Bhangle is the best doctor I've had for my rheumatoid arthritis. He listens and he is just the best. And I appreciate him. And he always checks in to make sure I'm alright. Thank you.

I felt that my appointment was very rushed (approximately 7 minutes), and I did not have the opportunity to fully explain my symptoms or concerns. I specifically tried to discuss intermittent chest discomfort, but did not feel I was able to have a thorough conversation or receive clear reassurance. I also had concerns about intermittent leg swelling, which has been an issue I've experienced and was hoping to discuss, but I was not asked about it during the visit which has been the standard since I was diagnosed. During the exam, I was being asked to perform movements and answer questions at the same time, which felt overwhelming and made it difficult to clearly communicate my concerns. [redacted] as a patient with a chronic condition, it's important to feel heard and to understand why symptoms are or are not concerning. [redacted]

Very knowledgeable, wish we could chat about all concerns but that's impossible in this healthcare system.

While Dr. Bhangle was thorough, efficient and honest, I did not feel like he was willing to listen to me. Every time I started to say something I was interrupted, he did not hear out my concerns, just looked at what was on paper from previous test results. Since my ANA's are considered low, he made it very clear that he didn't think I needed to be there. He was blunt and honest which I think is great, but I left feeling discouraged, unheard and like my situation was already decided before he met me, just based off of numbers, rather than hearing all of my symptoms. I had a binder with my labs, and bloodwork that I believe is relevant, he told me none of that matters, I tried to explain that I'm not concerned about the low ANA's but rather the symptoms that led us to testing them to begin with.

I travel 82 miles just to keep him as my provider. If that doesn't tell you something than this survey isn't worth it. [redacted]

He was thorough

This provider didn't really listen to what I had to say. I wanted some follow through with how I could prevent things from getting worse, how I could help better manage it. I didn't really get any answers from him. He acted like he was kind of upset that I was even there. He didn't really spend any time with me when he listened to my heart. [redacted]
