For a first appointment, I appreciated the fact gathering stage with the doctor. Now I will have an eeg next week so I will have more information that I hope will be helpful. I will have more data to assess the doctor's care plan.

I had a medication concern, and Dr. Intscher and her office dealt with proficiently - which I know is difficult in this very busy medical world we live in today.

Dr is very thorough and sympathetic to my (wife) needs dealing with my husband's dementia. Am happy in that sense to have a female neurologist!

On this occasion, Dr. Intscher seemed pressed for time and in a hurry to move the appointment along more quickly than I would have liked.

She was great. Referred me back to the Dr that I'd seen previously (he'd just joined the practice). I won't see this Dr again but I'd certainly recommend

The doctor was excellent. Everyone there was very courteous and helpful.

Dr. Intscher and [redacted] (assistant/nurse) were both very attentive, warm and professionally so. They were genuinely patient and didn't behave as if they were stressed to get to their other duties. They conveyed the feeling that they were there specifically to listen and learn from the patient. I give them high marks; they deserve no less. [redacted] They're exceptional people.

It was a good first visit because she took time to get to know some of my history, hear current needs, explain her recommendations.

My mother has aphasia so I and our health advocate came to assist when needed. I believe these responses reflect how my mother felt that day about her first experience with this doctor. Both seemed very comfortable together.
