I was unsatisfied with a previous pulmonologist at a different organization and Dr. Shah was recommended. He totally understood my medical situation and offered a whole new approach to address it. He also mentioned factors that could influence my asthma that I had not been aware of even though I had done a fair amount of reading. Instead of real problems being dismissed from my previous doctor, Dr. Shah addressed my issues and gave me hope for better health.

Dr. Shah is always on time & prepared for my appointments. He always has reviewed recent tests & explains results well.

Dr Shah prescribed a medication that i needed for my nebulizer and sent it to my pharmacy. The pharmacy kicked it back to my provider because my insurance would not cover the cost. Dr Shah answered my message on Gateway in minutes, saying he would look into the matter - this medication was not new and has never been denied by my insurance company. Today I got a text from my pharmacy that my prescription is ready for pick up. Thank you Dr Shah

He is very capable, knew all latest treatments for new problem. Explained test I needed and if positive what options were available. Told me his staff call me and 2 days later had email to arrange test. I was impressed by him every time I have seen him. I have already told friends about him if they need a Pulmonologist.

The doctor was very good and very professional.

I have had respiratory issues since December 2024. Started with pneumonia. After several CTs and endoscopies there were no signs of "anything ". Dr. Shah using only his stethoscope and asking me questions concluded that I have had an infection in my lung. I had been fighting to breath and coughing uncontrollably for months. Dr. Shah prescribed 2 meds for infection and a new inhaler. I feel better now than I have in the last 5 to 6 months. Truly a Doctor of compassion, consummate professional and a God send. Dr. Shah was wonderful. I couldn't believe how great he was when he came into the office. He knew what I had already. I've had three CAT scans on my lungs and nobody else in the office said anything to me. And I have the abbreviation for what I have is BE. Something my bronchial tubes are enlarged. And I've been coughing for a year and a half. And people gave me medicine and it was like they didn't even know what I had. And he knew right away. I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Shah is the most courageous, charismatic, caring, loving, professional, and brilliant doctor I have ever had. I've had a lot of doctors with all my injuries and cancer diagnoses. This guy's the best. He's saved my life literally countless times. And I know he's the top, one of the top pulmonary guys in the country, but he makes me feel like I'm the only one, almost like I'm part of his family. He gives me all the time in the world, answers all the questions, and he's just so creative and so brilliant in ways no other pulmonary guy could ever do for me. I'm very grateful for him.
