There is nothing else I would like to say about my experience.

Dr. Kim is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He previously operated on my daughter and did spinal surgery to trim a herniated disc and it's been many, many years and she has no pain. When I had back problems, I couldn't imagine going to see anyone else other than him.

Dr. Kim is always caring and patiently answering my questions and explaining to me what's going on in my body. I would not want any other provider for my problem. I'm very grateful to be under his care.

He seems to be realistic about how much and how many challenges older adults can manage at once. As a result, he doesn't urge me to seek extremely complex back surgery from which I would be unlikely to recover at this stage of life.

Please consider him to be an absolute blessing for MGW as do I. This man is vested, skilled, and personable. He knows his patients in a way that is seldom equaled in the medical field but never excelled.

Dr Kim and his assistant were fantastic at the Danvers location. I appreciated him taking the time to make my son feel safe and for explaining things in a way that he could understand. Not many orthopedics are willing to take on OI patients and I'm grateful Dr Kim has both the confidence and skills to manage his ortho care and monitor his scoliosis.

Good afternoon, my name is [redacted]'s father, and I didn't like the care I received at my last appointment with a pediatric orthopedist. First of all, he was a different doctor than the one who had been treating my daughter's case in the last year. He wasn't the same doctor who had tried to learn about my daughter's medical history, her background, and everything related to her: the accident, the fractures, her physical condition, her medication. Because of this, I didn't receive appropriate or adequate care. When I asked for pain medication for my daughter, he told me he didn't provide that medicine. He recommended a chair cushion for her pain.

Dr. Kim always provides you with the care & time that is needed.

My experience with Dr Kim was amazing. He told me what he would do in my lower back to make me able to function again. He also found a genetic deformity which is contributing to my pain. I have seen multiple doctors, have had many X-rays and 4 MRI's. None of these doctors detected this. I will be having surgery soon and I feel - for the first time - that I am in good hands.

The desk staff are not approachable maybe offer a Customer service training and or have a random person from hr pop in and do a surprise visit. They seem to always be agitated and annoyed when people need to check out and check in. Also, when someone approaches to check in and they stand behind the person in front of them, they rudely tell them they need to move. There is a better way to tell someone that they need to move back a little bit maybe put lines in or something

My granddaughter saw Dr. Kim for scoliosis. She needs an operation. He's very efficient on giving the details. He had follow-up visits and x-rays, and he was a great doctor, and I would suggest hiring of him.

My experience with Dr. Kim was very informative. He gave me enough information of why and how my child's arm was actually coming out of place. I felt heard by him, and even though it was a quick visit, he did explain everything that needed to be explained to me. of the time of the visit. The time I spent with Dr. Kim was valuable. He's very compassionate. He's to the point. We had a long discussion about my back and some of my concerns. And as a result, he referred me to see an endocrinologist as well as getting a follow-up bone density test.
