Sacha Uljon joined the faculty of Pathology in 2018 as a general clinical pathologist. She serves as a medical director for the Core Laboratories and MGH and as the medical director for Nantucket Cottage Hospital Labs and the clinical laboratory at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston. She is also an attending on the Blood Transfusion Service and in Special Coagulation at MGH.
Dr. Uljon received her MD/PhD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2006. After completing her residency and fellowship in Clinical Pathology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, she was awarded a K08 from the NCI and did research in protein chemistry and structural biology in the laboratory of Professor Stephen Blacklow.
Her current areas of research interest include clinical toxicology and clinical chemistry
