Dr. Islam was incredibly well-prepared for the appointment and seemed to know my entire health history despite this being our first time meeting (she was filling in for my usual provider). I was navigating a difficult medical decision during the appointment and she explained my options to me in a way I could understand and supported my decision-making. She also reached out to my other specialists to get their feedback and scheduled a follow-up appt in a timely manner. I felt that I was in excellent hands.

I saw Dr.Sabina Islam for the first time because my assigned PCP Is on leave for almost a year now. Dr. Sabina was exceptional. She was the one special PCP who was great at her work. She was knowledgeable. She showed respectful kind patience to catch up with my background. It was my first appointment with her. Her willingness to listen and resolve my health concerns and issues were amazing. She is the definition of how a doctor should be. I am so impressed. This evaluation is specifically for her not for other services I received from Bullfinch medical group. Kind regards.

Dr. Islam checked me for a general health pre-op I needed before eye surgery. She was so thorough in her examination, especially regarding my overall cardiovascular readiness for any anesthesia that might be needed. She answered all my health questions with solid info. Her later summary of my visit was extremely detailed and she put extra info regarding my concern over blood pressure into my file. Her warm, friendly manner made my visit a pleasure. What a wonderful asset Dr. Islam is to the MASS/Brigham team.

I had a great experience with Dr. Islam. She was familiar with my medical history and addressed all of my questions. She was very personable and I felt comfortable during the exam.

Both the doctor and nurse did not acknowledge that my blood pressure is affected by entering doctor's office and best to be taken again at end of session. The doctor definitely did not acknowledge or affirm a white coat phenomena and insisted by blood pressure was not under control.

She listens and is extremely patient. She has an excellent bedside manner. She is competent.

Thorough approach Dr Islam explained some of my different health conditions for me to understand their interconnection and treatment she was prescribing I wish you would be my PCP??

Dr. Islam worked with me as Dr. [redacted] (my PCP) was not available. As I have reported in this survey, she listened to me, and gave me much needed help. [redacted]

Dr. Islam was one of the best doctors that I have experienced at MGH.

She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was very frustrated by my hearing loss and she dealt with me extremely well. I would see her anytime.

I had missed my appointment with my PCP twice, (my bad, not hers) so I rescheduled to see Dr. Islam for my annual Although Dr. I is not my PCP, she had clearly prepared herself for my physical. She has consulted with my wonderful PCP, D. Reilly, and she familiarized herself with my medical record. I am not an easy patient. I'm not good at clear communication. In spite of that fact, Dr. I was excellent! I highly recommend her to anyone who has not yet been assigned a PCP. I'm very lucky to have seen these 2 gems! Thank you Drs. Islam & Reilly!!!

The Dr. was more than half an hour late for my appointment but she says the previous patient was late for her appointment.
