He seemed rushed as he started heading out the door while I was asking questions. I would encourage all doctors to wait until a patient has finished asking questions before moving toward the exit to ensure that a patient does not hesitate to ask a question because they think they are holding the doctor up.

The MGH Shoulder Service is consumately professional-timely, no nonsense care. I am scheduled for surgery before I could even be seen by my local orthopedic practice. I came to the MGH Shoulder Service because my sister-in-law had a very satisfactory experience, about a year ago, to repair her rather more seriously damaged rotator cuff.

I saw Dr. Lohre because my physical therapist recommended him. She had a patient who her daughter has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and was told that he knows EDS and the issues surrounding it involving surgery and that's why I came to see him and I was very pleased because I had a surgeon that I saw up on the North Shore who's an excellent, excellent surgeon from Sports Medicine North. But they don't know EDS and I'm so glad that he does. It really makes a difference with long-term outcome. So very, very pleased. Thank you.
